Account data: When you register, we collect your full name and email address.

Support data: The club you support and whether you are a free supporter or 12th Man.

Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe. FansAlways does not store your card number, expiry date, or CVV. We receive confirmation of payment and your email address from Stripe.

Usage data: Standard web analytics such as pages visited and time spent on site.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: provide and manage your FansAlways account; process payments and send confirmation emails; display anonymised supporter statistics in the live ranking; and communicate important updates about the campaign.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the basis of: contract (to deliver the service you signed up for); legitimate interests (to operate and improve our platform); and consent (for any marketing communications).

5. Third-Party Services

Supabase — used for authentication and database storage. Data is stored on servers within the EU.

Stripe — used for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

Resend — used for transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts).

Cloudflare — used for website hosting and security.

TikTok Pixel — used for advertising measurement, campaign optimisation, and conversion tracking.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by UK tax law. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing hello@fansalways.com.

7. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to processing; and data portability.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

FansAlways uses essential cookies necessary for website operation, authentication and session management. We may also use analytics and advertising cookies or similar technologies, including TikTok Pixel, to measure website activity, understand campaign performance and improve future advertising.

You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. We may add a dedicated cookie preference tool as the platform develops.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and Row Level Security on our database.
