Our Story
What if your club
knew you were all in?
It started with a mad idea. A simple question that wouldn't go away. And the conviction that football belongs to the fans — not just in words, but in proof.
Our Story
It started with a mad idea. A simple question that wouldn't go away. And the conviction that football belongs to the fans — not just in words, but in proof.
The Idea
It started simply. What if a club could see, before the first whistle of the season, that it had the most passionate fans in the league?
Not the most fans. Not the loudest. The most committed — the ones who showed up before the season even started, who chose their club actively, not just by habit.
"Wouldn't that club pull harder? Wouldn't those players feel something different knowing their supporters were already standing behind them?"
We think the answer is yes. A fanbase that declares itself before the first match is not just a statistic — it's a statement of intent. A source of pride. A reason to believe.
The Game We Love
For us, football was never just a sport. It was Saturday mornings on cold pitches. It was watching your club lose and coming back the week after anyway. It was the smell of the terraces, the noise before kickoff, the strangers who became brothers for ninety minutes.
"Players come and go. Managers come and go. Owners come and go. The fans? The fans are always there."
But something has shifted. Football has been politicised, corporatised, and financialised to a point where the fan has been pushed to the edges. Ticket prices climb. Kick-off times serve TV schedules. Clubs are brands. Supporters are customers.
We think it's time to give something back to the people who never left.
The Number
If you want to show that you're a real supporter — not just someone who clicks "like" on a highlight reel — you need to put something on the line. Not a lot. But something that means something.
The number 12 is not random. In football, the 12th Man has always been the crowd. £12 is your ticket to being counted. £1.20 proves nothing. £120 excludes people who shouldn't be excluded. £12 is the number that says: I'm serious, and I'm here.
The Circle
Every fan was once a kid kicking a ball somewhere. A park, a car park, a school yard. Most of the greatest players in history started there too.
FansAlways commits 12% of annual net profit to youth and grassroots football — academies, local clubs, pitches, coaching, kit. The infrastructure that turns a kid with a ball into someone who belongs to a club for life.
"The fans of tomorrow are on a pitch somewhere right now. We want to make sure they have somewhere to play."
It completes the circle. Fans support their club. Their support funds the next generation. The next generation becomes the fans. Football continues.
How It Works
Every year, in the month before the new season begins, FansAlways opens. You have until the first whistle to make your choice.
Pick the club you'll stand with this season. One choice. No switching once you've decided.
Register your support at no cost. Be counted. Show where your heart belongs before the first whistle.
Go deeper. Your £12 lifts your club's Passion Rate and contributes to youth football.
The players take the pitch. The ranking is set. The fans who showed up are counted — forever.
Now it's your turn
The season starts with the fans. Before the first whistle — choose your club, stand your ground.
